On August 6 and for the next two consecutive Saturdays ( August 13 and August 20),Summer Streetswill take over Park Avenue for a Clarence Day of art , finish , and , most significantly , no cable car from 7 am–1 autopsy . aim at encouraging New Yorkers to celebrate the metropolis ’s streets in a more sustainable room , the yearly car - free event will receive participants to run , walk , play , and even cycle along the path .
