While he did n’t share which hotel he was stay in , I ’m willing to bet it isNorwood Hall Hotel . The hotel is one of the mosthaunted position in Aberdeen . It was build in 1881 on the web site of a fifteenth - C castle and is know to have at least three trace haunting the dimension . The trio reportedly include the original owner of the property , James Ogston , as well as his married woman and schoolmarm .

According to someTripAdvisor review , the most preoccupied room on the property is Room 8 — though again , there ’s no confirmation that this is the haunted hotel that del Toro is speaking about . " I always stay in ' the most haunted rooms ' but only once did I experience anything supernatural- the rest of the meter : nothing . I have eminent hopes , " del Toro ’s thread continued .
Wherever he ’s staying , the shade vibes quickly get too acute , even for a famed horror devotee like del Toro .
" UPDATE . I can only say : Nothing Has happened yet , but the atmosphere in the elbow room is tyrannical and I am not gon na spend much more time there , " del Toro wrote . " It may be proposition , but at this period I kept it but am sleep in another room- I need 6 hours of slumber to have a unspoilt shooting day- I m finish there too soon and late in the day- but something is in that room with me … If anything happens or nothing does , expect one or two more updates . "
If this intense haunting experience is , in fact , at Norwood Hall Hotel , at least you are also getting to enjoy a place with an afternoon tea serving , Mr. del Toro . Hopefully , the ghost will let him get some sleep wherever he is .
