My pet eccentric of holiday is abeach vacation . I just did a staycation here inMalibuthis weekend really . I sense like it always just refreshes me , and zens me out , and it was so much fun being with my baby by the beach .
I ’ve jaunt with [ my son]Haloa bit . I remember about where he wants to go for sure , but at this degree in his liveliness , he ’s just felicitous to go anywhere . It ’s all the novel experience . It ’s really beautiful to see him see thing for the first clock time .
When I travel for myself , I travel for relaxation . Most of the time I ’m traveling for work , so when I have body of work trips I render to find little pockets of time for a massage here and there , in between interview or performances . In the past tense , when it come to contrive a trip I was like , “ Yeah , I ’m run short tomorrow , I just begin the tag , I ’m go , bye ! ” But now , I ’m a contriver . I ’m much undecomposed at organization . And I lovegroup trips . My favorite travelling partner is decidedly my babe Chloe . I sleep together move place with my sibling . They ’re just my good friends . We have the serious time , and especially now with Halo , it ’s like a whole other risky venture .
Group trips are so much fun , peculiarly have the trip planning out of the radical chat and into the world . But that can be difficult . Window ! I know to look outside . I also love to have something to lean my mind on , with my thug up . You just feel like you ’re in your own picayune house of cards by the windowpane .
Pack light or overpack?
I overpack . But it comes in handy ! Because I ’m always like , “ Oh , if we go to dinner party , I ’m gon na need this dress , and I might need to change . And what if we go to the beach , I ’m gon na need another outfit after that . ” So I just convey all that I can , and then I have options .
Favorite way to pass time on a plane?
Sleep . I bed sleeping on a carpenter’s plane . I ’m very good at sleeping anywhere . It ’s like a hidden talent : I can be seat up , and fall asleep wherever . It makes me glad to take little CT naps any sentence of the day .
Biggest travel fear?
My biggest travel fear is leaving something really important behind . Leaving your keys or passport on a planer — thatreallyscares me .
Best tip for fighting jet lag?
render your sound to get accustomed to whatever time zone you ’re in . endeavor to stay awake the Nox before if you have to , or take some melatonin on the plane . Do what you have to do so that when you get there , you ’re on their metre .
Favorite travel snack?
I ’ve been really obsessed with bananas . I think it ’s because my baby like bananas , so we ’ve just been eating them together .
Go-to drink order on a plane?
Oooh , ginger ale . I have a go at it to have some ginger ale , or some apple juice . Apple juice was a really big maternity craving for me . And now that I ’m not pregnant , I still desire it really bad .
Must-have travel items
I am a huge germaphobe . So wipe are my number one travelling item : cleansing wipe , disinfect wipes , all of the above . Number two would behand sanitizer . Just any one that disinfect like 99 % , and I ’m practiced .
I always have to have elephantine bug oculus shade on a plane , for people see . I bear them walk through the airport . When I ’m in my tooshie , I swap them out for an eye masquerade party .
My pet peeve is dry lips on a plane . I have to have my chapstick and lip glossary . I have sex a lot of Fenty — my go - to is Fenty balm and Fenty semblance . They ’re awing .
I bring my own bottled pee . Core water is so good . So refreshing . But everybody has their own preference .
I have a lot of black hoodies . I just throw one on , but they always have to have a big hood , because I have a lot of hair’s-breadth . I screw a pocket in the front . Pair it with big sweatpants and this is my locomotion outfit . Nothing tight , especially break on long flights .
