Brooklyn Winerywas founded by Brian Leventhal and John Stires in October 2010 , and shortly became a go - to destination for wine - get it on New Yorkers . Almost 15 years afterwards — in early February 2023 — Brooklyn Winery will discover a Modern dwelling house at 61 Guernsey Street by McCarren Park , where it will introduce its new eatery concept , Rosette . Adjacent to the wine maker itself , the unexampled restaurant will be offering a seasonal computer menu together with exclusive vino from Brooklyn Winery ’s appeal . For the delight of every dining compartment , Rosette will be open seven days a week . It will remain independent from the wine maker ’s event and enterprise , and will welcome guests even for late - night snacks and drinks .
Just like at the former location , the winery outer space , led by winemaker Chuck Gergley , will carry on to offer interactional experience for wine-coloured devotee . From wine-colored tastings and circuit to vino - theme upshot throughout the years , the wine maker will receive visitors into a world revolve around the fine art of wine making and wine-colored tasting , all while offering educational sixth sense into the practice .
