“ We knew that it was something special and we learn the community they had build over 12 age , ” Bright says of her parent ’s seafood restaurant . “ None of us at the clock time were jumping on the chance to take it over , but we were all like , ‘ Shoot , we ca n’t let that die . ’ ”

“ Farm to board is huge , ” she says . “ And everyone wants to hear the story of where their gripe comes from , but so many mass are oblivious to where seafood comes from — what fresh seafood is , what it sample like , how it ’s prepared . There are so many people who are n’t positive enough to buy it and wangle it at home . And we realized so many people do n’t like seafood because they ’ve never had good seafood . ”
