“ This has been a very exciting whirlwind for us , ” Amy Cowley , the merchandising coach of Black Dog Bar , tell Thrillist . “ We ’ve see a mint of fans coming in and they ’ve been wearing her tonne - shirts , looking to buy merchandise . ”
While the employees at the South London taproom were shocked by the name fall , they ’re already capitalize on it . Plus , Cowley says the pub ’s staff are think about special and programming to put on when Swift come to township for her iconic Eras Tour in late June .
“ We ’re all custody on deck , bringing in more squad members , more of our pint glasses and souvenirs to trade . We ’re also go to get some security on the doorway , just because if there are that many people , we want to be able-bodied to manage it appropriately , ” Cowley say . “ Plus , making sure we have enough food ! ”
