The push to unionize corporate-owned stores continues across the country.
Since the first corporate - ownedStarbucks organize in Buffaloin December 2021 , an additional87 storeshave vote to unionise . Hundreds of other storesintend to hold union elections in the near future .
On Tuesday , proletarian at stores in Columbus , Ohioand Independence , Missouri voted in favor of unionizing . Each election became the first shop in the land to be unionized and brought the total number of states with union Starbucks up to 23 . Within hours of workers gain the Columbus store , a second computer memory in Cleveland , Ohio alsovoted to unionise .
By the morning of May 25 , prole at two more store in Texas annunciate their spirit to unionize . In other location , there are now multiple union in the area . California already has five unionized store , as does the city of Portland . In Buffalo , there are now seven union Starbucks .

Despite this effort from Starbucks executives , there are still several more marriage election coming up . Two election are scheduled in June in San Antonio , Texas .
