Chef Derek Simcik shares his recipe for a spicy take on the conventional side dish.

Everything Bagel Deviled Eggs Recipe
Hard churn egg :

Ingredients:• 1 big reddened onion• 1 cup of apple cyder vinegar• ½ cup of red vino vinegar• ¼ cup sugar• 1 teaspoon kosher salt• Pinch of red common pepper flakes
Directions:1 . slice up the Allium cepa in half and then slice thinly into julienne cuts about 1/8 ” thick2 . In a medium saucepan , append both vinegars , scratch and salt with pepper flakes . Bring up to a furuncle until sugar and salt dissolve.3 . Add piece onions to a jar or container with a lid and pour hot acetum solution over the onions.4 . Once nerveless seal and refrigerate until ready to habituate ( can be stored for 2 weeks ) .
